Bet365, owned by bet365 Limited, is the Internet and telephone betting division of the bet365 Group Limited. The bet365 Group Limited owns the Provincial bet365 chain of licensed betting offices in the UK and is affiliated to the Backhouse bet365 chain of Licensed betting offices.

Bet365 Limited also operates branded betting sites for the English Football League (The Nationwide League) under an exclusive deal with a joint venture set up by the Football League and PTV Limited (a subsidiary of cable giant NTL). Exclusive, on site, betting at several of the English Test Match Cricket grounds including Headingley, The Oval, Trent Bridge, Lord's and Edgbaston, is also operated by bet365 Limited.
